David Tennant Birthday Fundraiser

Traditionally each year we launch a fundraising campaign around David Tennant's birthday so that fans can donate to one of David's chosen charities as a birthday gift.

This year we would like to invite fans to post their birthday greetings and make a donation on the Just Giving page for David's brand new campaign for Headway Essex: #HATNOMINATE

Headway Essex cares for people who have acquired a brain injury and this may be through sporting or work accidents, road traffic accidents, assault, illness or disease. David Tennant has been the patron of Headway Essex since 2007 after visiting the centre to research his role as a survivor of brain injury in the BBC drama Recovery

Please visit the Headway Essex HatNominate Just Giving page and make a donation. It doesn't matter if you can only spare a little, as every penny helps and Headway Essex will ensure that it goes to help the individuals and families that they support. Just Giving can accept donations from around the world.

UK donors can also text HATS30 £3 to 70070 to donate £3 to the campaign

To help spread the word about his new fundraising campaign David is also asking you to join him in taking a selfie with your favourite hat. So if you would like to post us your own photo of you wearing a birthday celebration hat for David's birthday, either on Twitter or Facebook, that's all the better! Don't forget to use the hashtag #HATNOMINATE to encourage your friends, family and followers to donate too.

Please join us in wishing David Tennant a Happy Birthday by giving a small gift to his chosen charity.

Thank you.
